3.Biscuit Production Process Flow Chart:

Four Mixer →Biscuit Forming Machine (Soft Biscuit Forming Machine, Hard Biscuit Forming Machine)→Tunnel Oven(Electric Heating type or Gas Heating Type)→Oil Sprayer→Turning Machine (Depends on Factory Size)→Cooling and Conveying →Biscuit Stacking Machine→Biscuit Sandwich Machine →Packing.

According to clients’ request, we could add some other machines to make the biscuit more tasty and better quality, for example laminator, salt-sugar sprayer, egg sprayer.

4.Relative Machines Functions:

4.1 Mixer: Stirring flour, water and other materials together. " Z" blade -- hard biscuit dough, "S" blade--soft biscuit dough.
4.2 Hard/Soft biscuit forming machine: Different shapes hard/soft biscuit produced by various molds.

4.3 3/4 rollers and extra dough recycle equipped for the hard/crispy biscuit, soft biscuit forming once.
4.4 Oil/sugar/salt spray machine: Spray them on biscuit surface for better taste.

4.6 Cooling line: Natural cooling.
