Standard Of Nutritional Gummy Candies

Nutritional Gummy Candies:

A kind of gel candy containing nutritional elements. While maintaining the taste of soft candy, it adds one or more nutritional elements to meet people's taste and health needs.

1.Classification:

According to the different production materials and their organization of the product, it can be divided into the following categories:
a) Plant Gum Type;
b) Animal Glue Type;
c) Starch Type;
d) Mixed Adhesive Type;
e) Center Filled Type;
f) Coating and Coating Polished Type;
g) Other Types.

2.Technical Requirements:

2.1 Raw Material Requirements:

The raw materials used should comply with relevant national or industry standards.

2.2 Sensory Requirements:

It should comply with the provisions of Table 1.

Center Filled Type Has elasticity and chewiness; Closed sandwich type unfilled heart leakage
Coating and Polished Type The coating is relatively intact
Other Types The organization that meets the requirements of the variety
Taste and Odor Meets the taste and odor of the variety, with no odor
Impurities No visible impurities with normal vision

2.3 Physical And Chemical Indicators:
