Brief Introduction
YX Full Automatic Cookies Production Line: Adpoting the latest advaced Genmany and Janpanese technology, With the effort of our company R&D engineers and 30 years manufacturing experience, we created this compact structure, high automatic biscuit machine.
Making Cookies process:
Mixing--Depositing--Baking ---Cooling--Packing.
Each machine function:
1) Mixer: Stirring flour, water and other materials together
2) Cookies depositing machine: depositing different shapes cookies on the steel belt
3) Tunnel Baking oven: gas/electric oven, baking soft/hard biscuit, cookies, cake,bread and so on.
4) Cooling line: natural cooling
5) Stacking biscuit: make the cooled biscuit stack in a row and easy for putting them into the packing hopper
6) Packing machine: various packing type available.
